About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist based in North Dublin, with extensive professional experience in the field of mental health. Additionally, I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and am currently in the process of obtaining accreditation.

Having earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2012, I bring over 15 years of dedicated service within Ireland's mental health and healthcare services as well as in private practice.

Experience

I have many years experience working as a clinical psychologist in mental health and health services as well as in private practice, across the lifespan.

Beyond my clinical psychology qualification, I have completed an MSc. in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (2023) with Trinity College Dublin and a Clinical Diploma in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy with the Irish Institute of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy(2025).

I regularly lecture at doctoral and masters level in university settings.

I am experienced in providing training and facilitation on mental health topics in corporate, health and community settings.

Having trained and worked in a variety of therapeutic approaches, I am dedicated to working with the complexity and depth of human experience.

I’m passionate about helping people move beyond temporary fixes to find lasting relief from their struggles.

My goal is to support each person to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and a greater sense of emotional freedom to live a fuller life.
